Thomas is a self taught illustrator based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. His approach to art passes through some clean and minimal illustrations while the source of inspiration comes from comics and tattoos amongst others. The limited palettes he ususally goes with help the artwork stay simple and well defined, his characters are often cool and intriguing and the combination of those two things makes up for some fantastic pieces!

The first image shows a tough guy and I think the background together with the lights and shadows on the subject are creating the perfect atmosphere. I love the tattoos and the natural feeling his shirt has.. might be small things but I found them precious. There is a partner for the boy and you can find her on IG, can’t miss her cause she follows the same style and they’re next to each other!
The second pic is a full illustration page he made for Wired and I’m just.. wow! It’s so strange there are a lot of things to focus at but the lines are still super clear and well spaced, he was able to include a lot without making it look like a mess! Once again an effective choice of colors which I like a lot and overall an awesome “tech brainstorm”. Amazing display of skills.
