Pedro is an illustrator and Urban Sketcher from Lisbona, Portugal. A background in architecture mixed up with a passion for art turned out to be a winning combination in what is now a great artist. He looks to me like a guy that never stops, cause every time I watch I see “one more thing” he did.
Between all other things in fact he also started a project with two other artists called “the wedding sketchers” where they attend events and sketch real time (he even told me he reached as far as Umbria, Italy, to complete one of these projects). Very cool and worth taking a look at!
The portraits here including family and friends (and himself) are so well made, I like the one that’s on center-top most of all, with its blade runner-ish kinda light, love that atmosphere. Every face brings a different look and expression and in the end that’s what makes them so real when you see all of them together.
The second piece is a beach in Santa Cruz, I suggest you to go and check out the speed video on his profile to find out more. I was happily surprised by the waves in this piece, looking gorgeous!
