Paulina is a young digital artist originally from Poland now living in Spain. She is studying art and paints in her free time. Nine times out of ten you’re going to see a portrait and they’re almost all representing a woman, with the occasional man or couple. I’m sure she’s very good with strong lights in the artworks cause every time I see one I have to spend a minute trying to figure out the technique and learning a bit. The ladies are graceful and charming and when I see a speedpaint video coming together with the pics I’m always so happy, I find them relaxing and beautiful!
The first image comes with a video on IG and I love it, some extra content is also available for her Patreons on the platform. This girl has wonderful eyes and the jewels she wears are perfect, two details that give the whole pic a magic look. Completing the illustration the strong ray of light hitting the hair, it’s so natural it even kinda goes unnoticed, but when you put the focus on it you can see it was masterfully done.
The second artwork is the perfect piece to display her understanding of depth and how to convey that type of impression only using layers and blurring effects. The realistic look of this painting as far as the focus goes is impressive. Once again a very good lighting work on the left. Did I mention I love these flowers? Cause I do, they balance everything out so nicely!
