Emilyena (@strangemilyena) is my pick for today’s talent!

Emilyena is a freelance 2D artist and youtuber from Kazakhstan, she likes to draw dark and creepy things and I think that’s the major trait you’re going to notice by jumping on her profile. The digital art is fantastic, all the characters would perfectly fit in the “I’m the bad guy/girl” role of a movie. She portraits them using the classic poses and moments you’d recognize as the focal point in which the archenemy is about to wipe out the heroes and take over the world. They really look crazy, mad and to the right degree even a bit scary. If you like YouTube as a platform I highly suggest you to take a look at her channel, she’s very dedicated there and has a ton of cool and useful videos (links down below as always).
The first image is a wonderful design, this lady is absolutely frightening. Even tho the tones are dim and the only sources of light apart from a little one coming from above are apparently the nails you get to see enough to determine she’s not the one you wanna be sharing your room with. The bloody mouth is spectacular and realistic. I also like the tattoos all over, super on point.
The other two images are part of a series of four (The Great Diamond Authority from Steven Universe). You’re looking at Yellow Diamond and White Diamond but you can find on IG Blue and Pink which are at least as good as the other two here. The cycle is very cool and the pic she posted in the end collecting them all together looks like the perfect poster to hang on the wall. I like them all a lot!
