Cara Olsen (@rosaliegwenpaperie) is my pick for today’s talent!
If you don’t know what A Year on Talents is here you can find the description of the project: A Year on Talents Project
Cara is a floral designer and a self-taught watercolor artist, now just put the two things together and imagine the results you could be seeing, because that’s exactly what se posts and what I like the most about her.
Are you looking to get inspired? In need of a floral composition? You should really look no further, and here is why:
Notice the wedding invitations here? She does that too together with tens of other things and if you’re interested you’ll find everything on her website (link down below).
She combines loose and botanical elements with such ease, and I know you’re probably only gonna see flowers (amazingly well done by the way) but she paints them on various objects.
I’ve literally seen her post pics of painted flowers on shoes, water bottles, eggs, jars… pumpkins! I think there’s no surface she couldn’t put a flower on. Stunning!
What do you think about Cara? Do you also love what’s going on here?
I’d like to discuss today’s talent with you in the comments below!
If you think Cara deserves a follow or you wanna see more I’ve got you covered
