Livia Fălcaru (@liviafalcaru) is my pick for today’s talent!

Livia is an illustrator and visual artist from Romania, she works with different mediums following her inspirations and keeping a consistent style through the journey. I really love the way she imagines things and tries to pass her view to us via the artworks, she has a strong identity and it comes out wonderfully.
Something I noticed is also that her palette is quite limited and most often always the same, it looks to me she’s in some way connected with green, black, red, rose and a few other colors that make appearances. It’s very cool and it transforms her profile into a super cohesive wall, beautiful!
The first image is soooo cute I think it’s a collection of memories in a unique perspective since she said there’s her childhood house chair in there with her cats and the vase, love it! The cats are “almost having a fight” and I can see why, I know how they all like to innocently try to bother others in hope something happens… cute and lovely little devils!
The second image is so nice for a few reasons and the main one being that the bowl holding the tubes of color is actually handmade by her! That’s such a wonderful touch it’s actually something that could let her “feeling the workspace as her own” and I love to see it. On top of that I absolutely love the plants and the leopard, I love nature and animals I’m also trying to setup my workspace to fit the same spirit.
