Lara is an illustrator, visual developer and location & background designer based in the UK. Every post is stunning of course but I really really love all the locations and backgrounds she creates because every single one looks like it’s into a story of its own. It’s nice to try to imagine the whole picture from an angle and it’s a pleasure to try with her artworks, they are so good they feel ready for the big screen. To add to that there’s also the fact that her coloring skills are unmatched, she does it in a few of different styles usually and I just adore the one that’s smooth, with super good gradients and soft tones (gorgeous pic in this style incoming be ready!)
The first image is wonderful, a very sweet and likeable self-portrait embracing the coloring technique that I find so amazing. Love the thin lines and the exaggerated glasses, love the hair style and the gradient on it and love her earrings! Quick suggestion: if you take a look at the about section on her website (link below) you might enjoy this one even more!
Second picture is one of those backgrounds I was talking about, just beautiful. On IG you’ll find a few closeups to appreciate all the little details she went for and there’s also a very nice collection of images in which she shows how the whole thing was made commenting it. You have no idea how much work was behind this scene until you actually see it, I’m stunned.
