Elena is such a great artist, illustrator and graphic designer from Spain. In the last period she focused on Procreate portraits and she’s able to combine real watercolors with digital paintings so well!
She focuses on the face and upper part of the body, often the girls look the observer in the eyes with an intense glance showing strength, sometimes instead they look away lost in their thoughts.
All the paintings showcased here show stains made with watercolors which she then digitalized and used as a shoulder, a cheek or just a background. I really love how she combines the mediums so smoothly.
Don’t miss all the work she put on the details, if you look closely you’ll find out that even the smallest parts like the earrings, the lips, the hair breaking the perfect shapes (this is so realistic!) have never been left to chance… and her makeup skills? <3
